Personal Agent Privacy Policy

Overview

Personal Agent is a private productivity application operated by Jeongwoo Ryu for personal use. It connects to selected Google Workspace services to help the account owner manage information and carry out requested actions.

Google data accessed

Depending on the permissions granted by the account owner, Personal Agent may access:

• Google Calendar events and calendar metadata
• Google Drive files and file metadata
• Google Docs and Google Sheets content
• Google Contacts information

Personal Agent does not request Gmail access through Google OAuth. Email is handled separately through the account owner’s local email application.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to provide features requested by the account owner, such as reading or managing calendar events, organizing files, editing documents or spreadsheets, and looking up contacts.

When an action requires language or content processing, only the information needed for that action may be sent to the AI service configured by the account owner. Google user data is not used for advertising, sold, or shared for unrelated purposes.

Storage and retention

OAuth credentials are stored locally on the account owner’s device. Google user data may be cached locally only as needed to complete requested actions or maintain user-created records. The account owner controls and can delete those local records.

Data sharing

Personal Agent does not sell Google user data. Data is shared only with service providers selected by the account owner when necessary to perform a requested action, or when required by law.

Security

Access is limited to the account owner and the locally operated application. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored credentials and local data.

User control and deletion

The account owner can revoke Personal Agent’s Google access at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Local OAuth credentials and cached data can also be deleted from the device running the application.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Personal Agent’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
